1. Introduction

By registering as a physiotherapist or booking a service through IndorePhysio.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

2. Platform Purpose

IndorePhysio is an online platform that connects verified physiotherapists with patients in Indore for home visits, online consultations, and clinic appointments. It serves as a mediator for appointment facilitation, profile verification, and patient discovery.

3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

• All appointments booked via IndorePhysio (home visit or online consult) are subject to patient confirmation.

• In case of booking cancellation, no compensation or refund shall be provided by IndorePhysio to either party.

• Patients must directly contact the physiotherapist in case of rescheduling or cancellation.

4. Payment Structure for Physiotherapists

🔹 Home Visit & Online Consultation:

• All payments received from patients for home visits or online consultations must be reported to IndorePhysio.

• Physiotherapists are required to pay a platform commission every 15 days.

• 80% of the total collected amount will be transferred to the physiotherapist’s UPI ID or bank account, and 20% will be retained as platform commission.

🔹 Clinic Treatment:

• Payments received for clinic visits may be kept entirely by the physiotherapist initially.

• However, IndorePhysio reserves the right to charge a 20% commission on clinic visits at any time.

• Charges will be calculated per visit, and updates will be notified.

5. Bypassing the Platform

Sharing patient details or offering personal training or treatment services outside the platform to patients sent by IndorePhysio is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass the platform may result in withholding of payouts or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Physiotherapists are fully responsible for the treatments they provide. IndorePhysio is not liable for any injuries, dissatisfaction, or negligence in patient care. All therapists are expected to follow ethical standards.

7. Verification

Physiotherapists must provide valid degrees and identity proof. IndorePhysio reserves the right to verify and reject any profile without explanation.

8. Disputes

All disputes must be handled directly between the patient and physiotherapist. IndorePhysio may assist but is not legally obligated to mediate.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of these changes.
